The Kinks to reunite?



The Kinks may be set to get the latest isthmus to reunify following high profile reunions by LED Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin, The Law and The Vitality death year.
Former frontman Ray Davies has revealed that he has been talk to his comrade Dave and bassist Pete Quaife well-nigh devising euphony together once again.
Dave Davies is recovering from a stroke he suffered in 2004 spell Quaife suffers from kidney problems. However Ray Davies is stillness keen to see what would happen if they worked as a band over again.
He told the Daily Chain mail: "I wheel spoke to Quaife about a calendar month ago and he dearly wants to make another record with me.
"I think Dave's acquiring better and [drummer] Paddy [Avory] is still playing. It would be great to get endorse together barely to see what musical theater ideas we had and what would befall."
The Kinks last performed together in 1996. The band formed in 1963 and released hits such as 'Waterloo Sunset', 'Lola' and 'You Actually Got Me'.
